On Saturday June 3, 2017 we picked 1036 pounds of oranges for the San Diego Food Bank. The organized volunteer day was in association with ProduceGood, a non-profit that harvests excess fruit for those in need.
“Our employees appreciate that we have an environment that places the importance of ‘family first’ and through our consistent communication and interaction with each of them, we are able to remain involved and aware of what is important to them both professionally and personally. We support local programs and charities and are in the process of developing a deeper commitment to adopt “Pioneer Gives Back” to help us weave such community service and support deeper into the fabric of our family environment,” Dan Rietti, our CEO says.
