The schools were having a hard time finding school-based OTs and SLPs in rural WA and needed help accessing talent.
Children were having to go without critical services, and the schools were out of compliance with the state.
First and foremost, we listened to the client. We not only were able to understand what was needed in the district, but we also took the time to understand what was so unique about the area like fun things to do, etc. Once we started sourcing candidates we were able to help them see past rural WA and understand that there are fun and exciting things to do in the area.
Pioneer was able place quality candidates in a short amount of time, ensuring children had access to services and that the schools were achieving compliance.
