Pioneer Healthcare’s office, is open Monday through Friday from the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m, but you will reach a live person 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Pioneer Healthcare will do everything possible to support you in meeting your needs during crisis situation(s). Our goal is to always provide you with a consistent level of service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service or the service provided by one of our healthcare professionals, we encourage you to contact the local manager to discuss the issue.
