Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Medford, OR for a 13 - week contract with the possibility to extend. The ideal Therapist will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the geriatric population. New grads are encouraged to apply. This can be a travel or a local assignment.

Responsibilities of a SNF Occupational Therapist:

� Provides inpatient care to patients who are undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from an illness, injury, or disability

� Provides rehab services to residents

� Completing an assessment of each patient's needs

� Work with other staff members to come up with treat plans

� Focus on helping patients gain strength and skills to perform daily activities and tasks

� Help patients learn to perform tasks using new equipment such as a cane or wheelchair

� Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis
