A school district in Reading, PA is looking for dedicated School Physical Therapists PT to join their team, with the possibility to extend. School Physical Therapists PTs who work for Pioneer Healthcare Services are dedicated professionals who interact amongst diverse populations and are enthusiastic about the difference they make in their patients' lives through assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities of a School Physical Therapist PT:

� Reviewing students medical history

� Developing individualized treatment plans for students

� Educating students and family members about the recovery process

� Develops and implements individualized therapy programs for qualifying students

� Supervises physical therapist assistants

� Travels between locations where students require services

� Adapts, fabricates and maintains specialized equipment required for therapy services or student needs

� New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition

� 2024 - 2025 school year

� Documentation is completed in a timely, complete, legible, concise and accurate manner
