What does LGBTQIA+ stand for and represent? The acronym stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual, with the “+” symbolizing the inclusion of additional sexual and gender identities, reflecting the community's acknowledgment all forms of diversity.
Why Diversity in Healthcare Space Matters.
Pride Month holds a special place in Pioneer’s heart, as at least one member in every department of our company and almost a third of our entire team proudly identifies as part of the queer community.
